In 2019, four crypto-natives left institutional funds to start something that actually understood the technology.

The founding partners had been building at Coinbase, contributing to Ethereum core, running quant desks. Every generalist fund we saw treated crypto as a hedge — an allocation. We wanted to invest the way engineers see the space: from the primitives up.
Seven years later, Oryon has grown into a $500M platform investing across five continents. We still do the technical work before we write the check. And we still stay through the cycles — every partner holds tokens they invested in three winters ago.
