Our funds are private investment vehicles offered only to qualified investors under Regulation D, Regulation S, and applicable local regimes. If you are not a qualified investor, do not attempt to invest.
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or systematically download material from this site; use the site to distribute malware; impersonate another person; or use the pitch form to submit fraudulent or harassing content.
We reserve the right to block access, delete content, and pursue legal remedies for violations.
Any material you submit through the pitch form or via founders@oryon.team is confidential and used only to evaluate a potential investment.
You retain all IP in pitch materials. By submitting, you grant Oryon a limited license to review, discuss internally, and reference in diligence with the specific team members required. This license terminates automatically if we decline.
We do not sign NDAs on inbound pitches — reviewing hundreds of decks per week is incompatible with signed NDAs. We treat all pitches as confidential regardless.
