— Overview

BitGo pioneered institutional-grade multi-signature custody in 2013 and has since grown into a $100B+ AUC platform serving exchanges, funds, protocols, and public companies. The company operates regulated trust entities in South Dakota, Switzerland, Singapore, and Germany.

Beyond custody, BitGo runs a full suite of institutional services: prime brokerage, staking, DeFi access, tokenization, and treasury management. The go-to-market has become one-stop-shop rather than pure custody.

The upcoming IPO (targeted for late 2026) will make BitGo the third publicly listed crypto infrastructure company after Coinbase and Circle.
